Hymns: Ancient & Modern...

This morning I started pulling out the fall decorations. I almost always wait until the final week of September to decorate, and here it is! Knee deep in pumpkins, gourds, and scarecrows, we decided to turn on a little music. Around here, we sing a lot of old hymns interspersed with a lot of modern worship music, so I scrolled through the ipod until I found this album --- Hymns: Ancient & Modern from the folks at Passion.

You know what... with songs like "O Worship the King," "Praise to the Lord, the Almighty," and "Fairest Lord Jesus," it made the perfect background music to prepare the house for a season of gratefulness.

"Give thanks to the Lord, call on his name; make known among the nations what he has done."
1 Chronicles 16:8
