Dayton Airshow 2007...

A couple of weekends ago, we attended the Dayton Airshow. One of the main attractions was to be the Thunderbirds which Dylan was really excited to see. Unfortunately, due to a tragedy we'll never forget, the Thunderbirds didn't fly that day, but we made the best of the day. The children had a lot of fun, Brian got a terrible sunburn, and the B-2 bomber flew a rare flyby which was terrific highlight of the day.

The airshow looks like so much fun! and I'm glad the Parks were able to enjoy it with y'all. Sorry to hear about the pilot who crashed, too. Thanks for posting those great pics!

I can't believe how much Dylan looks like PawPaw sitting in the Delta plane. I always couldn't see what others saw as a resemblance...but now I do! Brooklyn is a cutie...can't wait to see you all again!

Seeing Jim Leroy's Bulldog sure brings back the sad memories of that day. I'm glad, though, that you got such a good shot of the plane earlier that day.

Other than the sad tragedy, we had a fantastic day at the air show. These are great photos. Thanks for sharing.
